We ship using carriers such as: DHL, DPD, Evri and Royal Mail (Choose the service that best suits you at checkout.)
● For cash-on-delivery orders, we dispatch within 2–5 working days after the order is confirmed.
● For card payments, we dispatch within 2–5 working days after payment is received.
● Standard UK delivery usually takes about 5–8 working days.
● Delays may occur due to traffic, severe weather or other factors beyond our control.
● During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter, summer holidays) delivery times may vary.
● You cannot cancel an order after it has been dispatched.
● Delivery may be delayed if we experience unusually high order volumes or temporary stock shortages.
● If delivery fails because the address is incomplete or no one is available to accept the parcel, it may be returned to us.
